Payment must be received within 7 working days of placing your order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and credit cards for payment.
For stock items, personal checks must clear before the order is shipped.
For custom orders, personal checks must clear before the item is made.
Shipping & Handling Information
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority insured mail with delivery confirmation or UPS 2nd Day Air with signature required.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Returns / Refunds
We will gladly repair or replace our jewelry if there is a defect due to workmanship or materials.
All sales are final on custom orders, personalized/engraved merchandise and on jewelry that has been sized or altered. Due to the nature of customized jewelry, we will not issue any exchanges, refunds, cancellations or merchandise credits.
